All trials require a card and convert automatically after 14 days. A “text” is one outbound SMS segment to one person — serving reminders, schedule changes, gap-fill requests and announcements all draw from your monthly allotment. Texts beyond your plan’s included amount are billed at $0.015 per text for Growth, Ministry, and Mega; Starter does not include texting.
Volunteers are always free
Anyone with an invite code or link can join their church and use ChurchFlex at no cost — no card, no separate plan. Volunteer seats simply count toward the church’s plan limits.
