Terms of Service

By creating a ChurchFlex account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a church, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Each church is a separate tenant with its own people, departments, schedules and media. The church owner is responsible for who they invite and for the roles they assign.

You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Anyone who receives an invite code or link from a church can join that church and use the volunteer experience at no cost. Volunteers never enter payment details.

Volunteer seats count toward the subscribing church's plan limits.

Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically at the plan price you selected.

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in US dollars, to the payment method on file. Annual plans are billed as a single yearly charge at the discounted rate shown at checkout.

The iOS and Android apps do not sell subscriptions or in-app purchases; all church billing and plan changes are handled on the web at login.churchflex.app.

Add-ons are billed alongside the plan: additional campuses at $299/mo each, and additional volunteer seats in packs of 250 at $69/mo per pack.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the account remains usable until then.

Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Plans include a monthly allotment of outbound text messages. Unused messages do not roll over. Exceeding the allotment may pause sending until the next cycle or until additional capacity is added.

Your church must have permission to text the people it adds, must honor STOP requests, and must not use ChurchFlex messaging for marketing to non-members, political campaigning, fundraising solicitation to purchased lists, or any content prohibited by carriers.

We may suspend messaging for a church that generates carrier complaints or violates these rules.

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access another church's data, no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, and no reselling access without our written agreement.

Your church keeps ownership of the people records, schedules and media it uploads. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content to deliver the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to any media your team uploads, including images of people.

We work to keep ChurchFlex available and reliable, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance windows may briefly interrupt access.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. ChurchFlex does not conduct background checks; it records the status your church enters and reminds you when it expires.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchFlex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to church admins, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ChurchFlex is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
